1. About Mama’s Wings

Mama’s Wings is a quick-service restaurant specialising in freshly prepared chicken wings, burgers, fries, drinks, and catering services.

2. Orders

You may place orders through our website, subject to product availability and the ordering options available at the time.

Because our menu and stock may change, we cannot guarantee that every product will always be available. We may therefore refuse or cancel an order where:

  • A requested product is unavailable.
  • We have displayed an incorrect price or product description.
  • We identify suspected fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity.
  • We cannot reasonably fulfil the order for circumstances beyond our control.

If we cannot fulfil an order that you have already placed, we will contact you using the contact details you provided when placing the order.

3. Pricing

We display all prices in South African Rand (ZAR).

Where applicable, our displayed prices include VAT. However, prices may change from time to time without prior notice.

The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed when you place the order, subject to any obvious pricing or information errors.

4. Payments

Our approved payment providers securely process payments made through the website.

Mama’s Wings does not store your payment card details. Instead, the relevant payment provider handles your payment information in accordance with its own security and privacy practices.

If a payment fails or we do not receive confirmation of payment, we may be unable to process the order until the payment issue has been resolved.

5. Collection & Delivery

When available, we provide estimated collection and delivery times during the ordering process. These times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery or collection times.

We always aim to prepare and fulfil orders as quickly as reasonably possible. However, delays can occur during busy trading periods, adverse weather, operational disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a significant delay affects your order, we may contact you using the details provided with your order.

6. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Our kitchen handles ingredients that may contain common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy and other allergens.

If you have a food allergy, intolerance or specific dietary requirement, please contact Mama’s Wings before placing your order so that we can discuss your requirements.

Although we take reasonable precautions when preparing food, our kitchen handles multiple ingredients and we cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment.

Customers remain responsible for informing us of relevant allergies or dietary requirements before ordering.

7. Catering Orders

Catering enquiries submitted through our website do not constitute confirmed bookings. Instead, they allow us to understand your requirements and prepare a suitable quotation.

After receiving your enquiry, we may contact you to discuss details such as your event, guest numbers, menu requirements, date, collection or delivery arrangements and other relevant information.

We only consider a catering booking confirmed once Mama’s Wings and the customer have agreed on the applicable arrangements and Mama’s Wings has provided confirmation.

Additional terms, payment requirements or cancellation conditions may apply to individual catering bookings and will be communicated where applicable.

8. Promotions & Special Offers

From time to time, Mama’s Wings may offer promotions, discounts, competitions or special offers.

Unless we state otherwise:

  • Promotions are subject to their specific terms and conditions.
